Bienvenue à Paris, France or Welcome to Paris,France! This was the breathtaking experience many felt when we walked into South County High School the first week of October to kickoff our 2023-24 Homecoming Week!

The entrance felt like you were walking down a lovely, quaint street in Paris, the entryway was filled with the following: Striped awnings over doors ,twinkling lampposts, flower filled baskets in windows, stone covered walls, street signs, and a sweet replica of the Eiffel Tower. French flags were strung throughout the ceiling and a grand banner was hung  with the words  “Bonjour” written in script lettering. This elegant entrance was transformed by our very own  Leadership students and their amazing teacher, Ms. Peck; students came in on a Sunday to ensure that staff, students, and visitors would be captivated by the scenery when they entered the building on Monday!

Very special THANK YOU to our South County Community for the numerous thoughtful donations to make the “Night in Paris” themed entrance, dance, and other homecoming activities an enchanting and fun reality!

Our theme week includes Spirit Days which are the following:

• Wednesday: PJ Day
• Thursday: Country vs. Country Club
• Friday: Class Colors Day
